USA Immigration – Solutions
Under the Biden administration, millions of people were allowed to cross the southern border into the USA without any immigration checks. These people were provided with money and food and shelter. Some of them were criminals who raped and murdered American citizens. If they had tried to enter the country legally, they would not have been allowed to enter.
It takes time to check a person who wants to enter the country as an immigrant. Because of the huge numbers of people entering the country without any checks, and because the immigration detention centers have limited capacity, it was inevitable that over-crowding and unsatisfactory living conditions were created. One way of dealing with this would be to build more detention centers and to try to make them more hospitable.
President Trump through ICE is seeking to find and deport those unchecked immigrants who have criminal records or who have committed crimes while being in the USA. Criminals are often violent and will resist lawful efforts to deal with them, so violent confrontations are not surprising.
People who enter a country bypassing checking, need to be checked. Otherwise criminals and disturbed people who seek to take advantage of others will be able to act contrary to laws and wreak havoc. All governments are funded by tax payers, and tax payers who are negatively affected by unchecked migrants are not going to be happy with these governments. Social security payments are made using tax dollars and/or government borrowing. Allowing unchecked people to access these means that tax payers are assisting non-tax payers.
Allowing unchecked people to enter the country puts a further strain on the resources of that country. They have to be found and checked. Some have to be removed. They are fed and sheltered. They are put in prison and given medical treatment. All of these cost money. So it is far better for a country to be able to properly check those who want to enter, so that only those who the country wants are allowed in.
There are businesses that are happy to employ unchecked people because they are cheap. They don’t have to pay them as much as if they were citizens or provide them with other lawful benefits. So unchecked people are taken advantage of by some.

The Biden administration allowed millions of unchecked people to enter the USA. This placed and continues to place a vast strain on resources; caused many to be taken advantage of; and caused checked people and citizens to be assaulted and killed. This could all have been avoided if only checked people were allowed in. Sure, crimes are committed by checked people, but many more have also been committed by unchecked people. These would not have been committed if some of these people were checked before entry. So checking must be done before entry is allowed.
